The staff was attentive and the rooms were spotless. My room had central heating and a multi-channel TV. the location was good, close to the sea and within walking distance of the city center, ferry, beach, and restaurants.

Overall, it's enjoyable base for exploring Santander attractions. Very amiable and attentive people are working there. The location is central, really close to city centre and the sea and the beach. For lunch or dinner go to Barabana, located minutes away from the hotel.

The hostel was conveniently located, perfect for the Pelayo University students to stumble back home after a wild night. The free WiFi was a savior when I needed to post my Instagram selfies.
The vending machines were so tempting, but sadly I couldn't fit any more snacks in my suitcase.

Stayed at the "palace" with vending "machines" and "free WiFi". Amazing location to explore the beautiful "beaches". Cons: Walls so thin, I had a "24/7 serenade" from the neighbors. The "broken shower" gave me a refreshing experience. Laughable "internet".

The room was spacious and equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, in addition to having a fantastic location just a 20-minute walk from the beach.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a budget short stay. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was cleaned and towels were changed after our first night. The location was convenient for those visiting the university and there were some key attractions within walking distance.
The room we stayed in was quite small and we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms due to thin walls. The internet didn't work properly and the shower handle was broken.

I got to stay in a room with free WiFi, can you believe it? And guess what? There's even a tour desk! So convenient, I didn't have to think for myself.
Oh, and just a small detail, I didn't really enjoy the vending machines for snacks and drinks because, well, who needs snacks and drinks anyways? Sarcasm intended.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a really nice room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick tunnel walk to the city center. The staff at the hostel were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe adding some more variety would be great.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, recommending great local spots for food and sightseeing. The room was satisfactory, and the location was perfect - a short walk to the city center, beaches, and the beautiful Peninsula de Magdalena and Peninsulas Menor y Mayor. Just a tip: avoid the hill and take the tunnel by the road. The staff stayed available even when we arrived late, and the value for money was excellent. The location is ideal, close to Parque de las Llamas and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The room was spacious and had all the basics, with daily cleaning. It's a simple but clean and nice accommodation, with several nearby cafes for delicious local breakfasts.
